Hi, I’m Wayne Goulding. A transplant into California’s Silicon Valley’s culture from the New England states. A colleague told me if I took the job here I’d never regret it, and I haven’t.
I’m a Senior Program/Project Manager specializing in Business Transitions. I’m known for my talent in developing and implementing project management processes and communications for ensuring highly effective project execution and aligning change efforts with business goals; accomplished in methodologies, processes, and techniques, business knowledge and leadership.
Additionally, I was active in founding the PMI – Silicon Valley Chapter, in 1997; sat on the first elected board of directors, and continued as a board member for many years. I’m well known and respected within the active Silicon Valley project management community and my PMI colleagues within the U.S. Southwestern Region.
